· When making a purchase in the Portuguese Wines Online site, you agree to have more than 18 years and not have any hindrance and or legal restriction that prevents you from purchasing alcoholic beverages.
· All items for sale are subject to availability. Orders are executed in order of arrival and only after being confirmed payment thereof.In the case of suspension or disruption, the customer will be informed and wherever possible suggested an alternative product with similar features. If you can not be returned the money in full to the customer at no additional cost.
· All prices are in Euros with VAT at the prevailing rate.
· The order delivery has the costs shipping toguether in the the bottles prices.
· The accept payment by credit card.
· The Portuguese Wines Online is responsible for the good condition of the delivered products. Any complaint will be answered by Portuguese Wines Online. The Portuguese Wines Online reserves the right to undertake analysis of non-conforming products and whether or not to grant the complaint, as the results obtained. If a product does not conform to Portuguese Wines Online undertakes to give a credit for the value of the product, this credit that can be used to purchase any other product sold in Portuguese Wines Online.
· According to art. 4 of the DL143 / 2001 of 26 April, the consumer has the right to free termination of the contract as follows:
In distance contracts the consumer shall have a minimum period of 14 days from the date the property is reception, to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt toexpress this desire.
The price of the goods will be refunded to the consumer within 30 days, less return shipping charges. The good must be returned in good condition of use (including the original packaging).
